I have driven over 300 mile to access my unit. This was two trips pulling my trailor to remove things from my unit. The gate will not open and all their remote associates can tell me is that the problem has been reported but the gate still has not been repaired. This has been going on now for five days! Never have I ever experienced such poor management of a property. When I do get to my property, I will never use nor recommend this business!!??

I HATE this place and the folks that manage it! Pain in the butt to pay the bill. If you call to pay instead of on line they charge you! And it is a chore to access the website. Be prepared with your account number AND unit number, etc. If you have your own insurance coverage and don’t want their automatic linked coverage (and fee) you have to prove to them you have it or theirs will not be removed. And they want a copy of full policy info. The gate seldom works to get out! If I could give a zero star rating I would. This storage unit is for my son and we are looking for another place to move his things pronto. These issues have been going on from the beginning!

One star is required, but I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. My child stored their college stuff here for the summer and came back to water damage, dead rats, roaches and ants all over the unit. Insurance covers water damage, but does not cover the infestation of rats and roaches, and the company refuses to offer any solution. If you have to store things here make sure you bomb them for roaches before moving out.

You better find every address to mail notifications to (certified because they won't get it...), call every day and then wind up where I'm going... to an attorney. Write everyone's name, first and last, down you talk to because evidently no one knows the people I talked to... or they give fake names. Go anywhere else and pay more so you don't have a hassle.
